PowerLab for fleets · 835 vessels

One dashboard. Every boat. Every inspection ready on schedule.

Why fleet operators reach out

What we hear when the call happens

Insurance renewal paperwork is manual every year

Underwriters ask for the same electrical docs each renewal. Your techs recreate them per boat, every time.

Lithium retrofits need per-boat compliance records

ABYC E-13 is increasingly demanded. You need a record per vessel, not a binder somewhere.

Fleet-wide battery replacement planning is blind

You don't know which banks are at 80% SOH until one strands a guest. Replacements hit the budget as emergencies.

New hire techs re-learn your electrical standards from scratch

Every mechanic has their own opinion on fuses. You want one documented standard they all follow.

What Fleet Standard adds

How PowerLab closes the gap

Per-vessel electrical record of truth

Design, BOM, permit PDF, survey documents, retrofit history — one record per hull, accessible from your phone at the dock.

Insurance-pack export

One click generates a renewal package. Every vessel, every E-11 reference, every component serial. Your underwriter loves you.

Fleet battery health (Pro Plus monitoring, bundled)

Live SOC + capacity fade across the whole fleet. Budget for replacements in advance, not in emergencies.

White-label PDFs with your charter company brand

Every document a guest or surveyor sees has your logo, not PowerLab's.

Honesty about fit

This is NOT for you if:

 • ×Single-boat owner-operators — use the $19/mo Pro tier.
 • ×Fleets with 50+ vessels — the per-vessel cap applies; talk to Enterprise for custom terms.
 • ×Shops that don't want to standardize — Fleet Standard works because it enforces consistency.

Questions fleet operators actually ask

How long does onboarding a fleet take?

A 10-boat fleet typically takes 4–6 hours across two sessions: one to enter vessel basics and existing battery banks, a second to review compliance status and flag vessels needing documentation updates. We can run the first session with you.

Can we bring our existing electrical records in?

Yes. Per-vessel you paste or attach your existing E-11 docs, battery invoices, and survey reports. PowerLab becomes the canonical store.

Do my captains / techs need separate accounts?

Fleet Standard includes 15 team seats. Separate logins for fleet manager (admin), techs (edit designs + log work), captains (read-only mobile view). Role-based access is in development for Q3 2026.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Full export of every project, BOM, and compliance doc as PDF + CSV on request. We keep data 90 days after cancellation for dispute / renewal windows.
